Utilising over forty new CNC machines we provide repetition turned parts and machined components for a wide variety of customers.

Our machines: Citizen, Star and Tornos 'Swiss Type' sliding head lathes. Capacity from 2mm to 32mm.

All lathe machines fitted with automatic barfeeds.

Machining centres, Kitamura 300HX and Murata twin spindle with robotics loader.

We operate conventional order/delivery of turned parts and machined components as well as Kanban, JIT and schedule orders.

Enquiries and orders placed in GBP, USD or EUR as required.

We are registered to ISO:9002 and have an extensive QA function utilising modern techniques and equipment.

We visit the customers premises (at least weekly) and scan barcode labels (provided by us) to generate a requirements list of turned parts and machined components which will be delivered to the point of operation.
